It’s the little things in life that put a smile on my face.
Pup is allowed out of his cage all the time — except when I’m at work — even when I go to bed. I block all the dangerous areas off with the rabbit fence I bought a while back and covered all the wires so he doesn’t electrocute himself (and/or cost me a lot of money but ruining many charger/computer wires). WHICH both have happened before.
Anyway, last night I woke up and found Pup all sprawled out on my bed. He was just laying there so peacefully with his ears perked up while staring contently at…well, nothing.
I nuzzled my forehead into his side and fell back asleep.
There isn’t anything much better than that and I’m sure all of you pet owners can agree.
Another great thing Pup did this past week was get acquainted with the vacuum cleaner. I vacuum my room almost every day because of the fur/hay all over my rug. And because I’m a neat freak. Since rabbits are animals of prey, you would think that the vacuum, a large and noisy machine, would scare the heck out of them. Well not Pup. He hops around my room whenever I start vacuuming and even plops right in the middle of the floor where I am trying to clean.
I went downstairs for a minute to get something and when I came back up this is what I saw:
It was a hilarious sighting.
